Description
Color: Light green
Thalli very fine and glabrous stolon, giving off erect foliar branches above and rhizoid-bearing branches below. Erect foliar branches simple or forked, bearing one to several peltate branchlets having an entire margin: some peltate discs bearing at the margin one or two stalked peltate discs, the latter usually giving to another. The discs vary between 4-5 mm diameter.
