Description
Color: Light green

Thalli soft and delicate, forming entangled masses, 3-5 cm in diameter. Main branches decumbent, irregularly bent, with rather thick lateral membranes with cells 70-140 µm diameter and 1-2 diameters long. Branchlets rare, irregularly deposited, sometimes somewhat unilateral, with very thin lateral membranes and with cells 60-80 µm diameters long, the apical cells blunt. Rhizoids adventitious, ending in discs, arising from anywhere, attaching to substrate or connected to others.
