Description

Size: Height 13.80 - 20.05 mm, maximum diameter 18.75 - 26.95 mm, minimum diameter 15.65 - 21.20 mm

Color: Surface color is flesh with yellowish tinge and sparsely covered with velvety light brown hairy periostracum

Shell is elongately ovate, distorted, more or less spindle-shaped with 5-6 varices, spire acuminate and proportional to the length of the anterior canal; penultimate and the body whorl dorsally humped; whorls sculptured with narrow distant spiral ridges intersected by decussate ribs making into squares; columella plaited and grained, pinkish in color; aperture reduced; anterior canal short and little upward; outer lip denticulate inside.
