Color: Cephalothorax and abdomen muddy-brown; lateral region of carapace with a row of six white spots; a white stripe from postero-lateral corner of carapace to region of mouth parts and also along base of legs; spines on carapace brown with white tips. Antennular flagella banded in crimson and white. A brown transverse band on each abdominal somite with a narrow cream colored stripe running through it. Telson and uropods reddish-tinged in hinder third; telson, uropods and abdominal appendages bordered cream; legs brownish-red with cream colored joints.

A single pair of spines on antennular plate; median spine on coxicerites of antennule much stronger, projecting far in front of the lateral ones which are minute.
