Description
Max. size: 9.6 cm SL

Body is elongate, brownish and with speckling above and silvery below. The cheek and lower head also silver. Striking fins. Single occipital ray long and delicate, extending to near the middle of the second dorsal fin. Pelvic fins are jugular. Locomotion by the movement of the body and/or caudal fin. Dorsal spines (total): 0 - 0, Dorsal soft rays (total): 57 - 66, Anal spines: 0, Anal soft rays: 58-69, Vertebrae: 52-58.
