Description
Size: Upto 95 mm. by 1 mm.

Body slender, filiform, slightly enlarged in the thorax; about 200 segments or more. Skin faintly tessellated in the anterior segments. Prostomium blunt conical, without eyes. Peristomium achaetous, short ventrally and over habging the prostomium on the ventral aide where it is twice as long. The first 8-9 segments biannulate, larger and more swollen than those following.The species is characterized by conical prostomium without eyes. Thorax with dorsal and ventral capillary setae. In the abdominal region the body is semi-circular in section.
