Color: Pale brown marked white spots and blotches.

Shell short, thick and outline evenly rounded; umbo centrally placed and dorsal margin behind it is arched and sloping. The anterior margin is narrow and rounded and the posterior margin; sculpture consists of fine, close-set, flattened radial ridges, crossed by fine concentric striae; hinge teeth are short and thick and the lunule large, flattened and elongated. The pallial sinus is broad and slightly inclined upwards; inner surface is smooth, glossy and pinkish.
