Description
Color: Dark greenish brown marked with yellowish spots or patches.

Shell thick, moderately large, surface bears stout, raised spiral ridges. The ridges are finely and closely transpirally grooved; the umbilicus is present and open. The aperture is large and rounded. The operculum is solid, calcareous, hemispherical body with a flat inner surface marked with a spiral line representing its whorls and a convex outer surface which is dark colored in the centre and finely reticulately sculptured.
