Description
Male: Cephalon about as long as first two peraeon segments combined, with a short, pointed and decurrent rostrum; ocular lobes insignificant, eyes large, rounded and reddish. Telson oblong-oval with rounded apex and concave above. Upper lip asymmetrically bilobed and feebly hirsute on lateral margins. Incisor of mandible strongly chitinised and dentate, lacinia mobilis multidentate, spine row with 5 short, fainlty pectinate spines followed by a few slender bristles. Molar absent. Palp long. Mandibular processes short and blunt. Inner and outer lobes of maxilliped comparatively small, hirsute and poorly armed. Endopod well developed, nail slender.
