Description
Size: 2 cm.

Color: Base white, top pale with three poorly defined blue zones separated by white bands, and fine brown spots most numerous on the sides, with a prominent brown dorsal blotch and conspicuous dark brown blotches at the ends.

Ovate, subcylindrical, teeth fine, extending across the base almost to the margins.
